Coastline Home LLC began as New Horizon Real Estate Development LLC, the founding company that laid the groundwork for what we are today. Over the years, our team successfully developed the East Mercer Way project on Mercer Island, marking a significant milestone in our journey.
From that point forward, we expanded our focus beyond real estate development to include construction, driven by a desire to deliver higher-quality homes and maintain greater control over timelines and resources.
